Five years ago this company installed a radon mitigation system in one of my rental properties. Two years later a... radon test indicated the level had risen but was still acceptable. Three years later a check-up test indicated the level had risen to 10.9. All Colorado Radon tried an initial mitigation step of installing a new fan at no cost to me. When the radon test after this first step still came back high, they extended my 5 year warranty (which had recently expired) to 10 years, which is their current warranty period. The added work needed this time came under warranty and I was not charged. The new work brought the radon level down to less than 1.0. I am happy with the way this company has stepped up to guarantee their product.read more
