I strongly recommend All Colorado Radon Mitigation, they installed our system and our radon level went from 5.7 to 1.7 in seven days. ALL COLORADO RADON MITIGATION, INC.Completed a radon mitigation system for our house in Colorado Springs. It was flagged by the building inspector of a potential buyer. I have to say from the quickness of the estimate to the completion of the work was amazing! Our house passed inspection and closed on time. All Colorado Radon Mitigation completed a radon mitigation system, sump pump installation, and crawlspace encapsulation for us in January 2024. They have been nothing short of prompt, professional, polite, and helpful. They not only did an excellent job with the work completed in our basement, but we have also had to call them out a couple of other times for minor fixes which they completed without question. All Colorado Radon Mitigation treated our rural home and our son's home in Lafayette.  We hired Jonathon to do an array test in the basement of our Longmont home, as we suspected there would be very little soil communication since the house sits directly on dense bentonite.  True enough, the little holes in the concrete only communicated with each other along the drain lines.  Everywhere else has nonporous soil.  Jonathon was wonderful.  He told us what we needed to do to completely seal basement cracks and intended holes into the clay.  Since the basement is stripped bare, we sealed every mm of the openings.  Jonathon taught us about proper caulking materials for radon.  After extensive grinding and cleaning then caulking, our radon is within range most of the time, even without pit mitigation.  This is not a final solution, but Jonathon was a superb coach.  The Lafayette home was much easier.  We worked hard to prepare clean crawl spaces and soft soil so that they could move in and finish both spaces and a pit in one day.  The guys are fantastic.  They show up on time, they are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and do an excellent job of keeping the houses clean.  I cannot recommend this company enough!

All Colorado Radon did our radon mitigation on a Denver 1947 bungalow with a crawlspace. We had a unique and complicated situation for which they found a great solution. Our radon levels dropped from over 10 to 0.5.  From the moment of their consultation up to the finished job, we were very impressed with their knowledge, follow-through and quality of their work. I am very pleased with the radon mitigation installed by Colo Radon. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The installation looks great, and the fan noise is negligible.
